My out-of-pocket session rate is $225 for a 45-minute session and $300 for a 60-minute session. Initial sessions are 60 minutes.

I'm in-network for Aetna (MD, VA, and NY) and Anthem BCBS (VA and NY). For my out-of-network clients, I provide superbills to help them with reimbursement. I also offer my out-of-network clients the option to use Thrizer to automatically submit their claims for them.

The initial session will involve me asking you to share about what prompted you to seek out therapy for yourself or your child and us figuring out together whether it seems like it will be a good fit. We will talk about the changes that you hope to see through therapy and how I might be able to help you or your child get there.

I offer in-person and virtual sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays as well as virtual sessions on Wednesdays. I have after-school and evening availability that varies by week day. For clients with less predictable schedules, week-to-week scheduling may be possible depending on the specific circumstances.
